Is it time for change on piracy

Morals and regulations are not really the sort of the words that you would first think of when you are talking about piracy and software fraud. But there are people who are thinking just that at the moment, but before we get started on what is right and what is wrong, we have to try and think if any of us have ever downloaded a piece of music or video clip then this may be considered using pirated material.

So if we are all guilty of this in one way or another, so maybe there should be some sort of code of practice, but we also live in different countries and these have different laws and rules regarding the downloading of material whether it is music, software or anything else. So the rule book will have to extend to many pages and updates in order to encompass all of those too.
