Bug problem exaggerated in Firefox
There has been a sort of mini media frenzy on the bug problem that is hitting Firefox 3.0, some reports are stating that there are around 700 bugs in the system, which if it were true would virtually make the whole thing unusable, but as you would expect these reports are not true and bugs are in fact blockers, which can be resolved, but not before the Firefox 3.0 has been released.
The fact it that no software is ever released completely bug free, and yet Firefox 3.0 has been out on Alpha (Minefield), which has been reported to run well, but with the occasional hiccup, so there is no change there then!
There are supposed to be some pretty good features on the new Firefox, which is ok, but at the end of the day the as long as it does the job that the user wants, that is the main factor, everything else is just gravy!
