Security Pro breaks hijacked PC’s

This is the problem with us computer and internet users, along comes an expert who warns us of all of the bad things that can happen to our precious computers, while all along our hero is busy infecting thousands of computers with malicious software and spyware.

These programmes are used to steal personal and other information and can also be used to make slave machines sending Spam and other adverts that net other computer users, nice! I would like to say that the “Feds” caught him and threw the book at him, but it appears that he was caught by an informer who told the “Feds” what he was doing.

John Kenneth Schiefer aged 26 AKA “Acid” or “Acidstorm” has pleaded guilty to running a botnet, wiretapping and fraud, this is punishable with a $1.75 million and around sixty years in jail, we await to see the outcome of the sentencing.
