Cyberwar in the High Street

One of the countries largest unions Unite, is set to commence cyber war against one of the countries oldest and most respected high street stores Marks and Spencer over workers rights.

The union has over two million members and the plan is to try and manipulate the search queries through Google that are for M & S and Marks & Spencer where they are expecting to divert searchers to a list of their grievances on a link which is titled with “Look Behind the Label” campaign that has been set up by the union.

However having checked Google a few times and using variations of the M&S search, the only returns are those that you expect from a normal search. So maybe the campaign has not had the effect that the union had hoped for, or maybe they have spent all of the credit on Google Adwords.
