Would you know if your email account is hacked?
Having people snoop around your computer is a violation, but having you emails hacked is personal and distressing, but worse all how do you know?
Here is what you can do:
Sign up for a free website hit counter, you get an email and attachment make note of the email and delete it.
Save the attachment but change the name to bank accounts and change the format to a webpage like bankaccounts.htm.
Email the file to you email account, with the subject Bank Details etc.
Now if some is able to get into your email account then they will not be able to resist the lure of that message.
Every now and then check your web counter account and if the web page is showing any hits then you know that you have been hacked. But not only that you also get the date, time, location and IP address, cool!
